1. Nature of Platform (NOT A GAMBLING / BETTING PLATFORM)
FortuneWin is a promotional sweepstakes, skill-based giveaway, and reward distribution platform. FortuneWin is NOT a gambling, betting, wagering, or casino operator. Participation tickets purchased represent entry passes for advertised promotional rewards.
2. Absolute Non-Refundable Payment Policy
STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE CLAUSE: All entry ticket fees ($25 USD) paid on FortuneWin are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any and all conditions or circumstances. Once a transaction is authorized and a ticket ID is generated, no chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations will be honored.
3. Eligibility & Verification
Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Selected participants for travel escapes (Bali, Dubai, London) and physical tech prizes (iPhone, MacBook, PlayStation) must complete identity and address verification before rewards are dispatched.
4. Monthly Selection & Prize Discretion
All participant selections take place at the end of the calendar month displayed on the ticket pass. Selection quotas:
- Bali Tropical Getaway: 25 selected participants
- Dubai Royal Oasis: 25 selected participants
- London Sovereign Heritage: 25 selected participants
- iPhone 17 Pro Max: 10 selected participants
- MacBook Pro: 10 selected participants
- PlayStation: 5 selected participants
5. Governing Law
